Lead Consultant – Oracle ERP, Finance/SCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• We are seeking skilled Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain lead consultants to assist in selling and delivering Oracle transformation programs for our key clients in the UKI and Western Europe, with demonstrated expertise in various areas:

• Playing a pivotal delivery role in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions, either in a functional or workstream management capacity, on extensive transformation initiatives.

• Engaging across different stages of the consulting lifecycle – collaborating with stakeholders within the client organization on requirements analysis, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), and fit-gap assessments, leading up to deployment and business readiness support.

• Shaping and marketing Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions by connecting with senior stakeholders to address their business challenges in the relevant market sector.

• Actively participating in defining and developing Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions, playing a crucial role in identifying and shaping new business and expansion opportunities within these programs.

• Managing and supporting the proactive development of Oracle proposals, emphasizing the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and winning strategies.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on matters related to Oracle Applications within pertinent industries.

• Coordinating relationship-building efforts across teams during each client engagement to ensure they receive comprehensive advice on critical issues.

• Collaborating with Oracle ERP colleagues in a multi-geography, hybrid delivery setting to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) functional roles within a service firm or large enterprise as a consultant or business process specialist.

• Proven track record of at least two successful end-to-end Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) Cloud implementations in the relevant business domain within enterprise-level organizations.

• Well-developed networks, relationships, and engagement within the Oracle ecosystem.

• Capability to operate at a senior client-facing level within complex organizations, fostering empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.

• Recognized expertise in Oracle Applications, demonstrating the ability to align functional areas with business requirements to support the company vision.

• Strong presentation skills, experienced and comfortable in delivering inspiring and engaging presentations to large groups.

• Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and actively participate in tasks.

• Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
