Lead Consultant, Oracle Enterprise Data Management

📋 Description

• Create and implement data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, which include Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (Planning), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCC), and Oracle Account Reconciliation (Reconciliation).

• Partner with clients to comprehend their business goals, challenges, and technological needs. Carry out comprehensive evaluations to pinpoint areas where technology can foster enhancements and efficiencies.

• Configure and implement data integration processes utilizing tools like Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Design and oversee ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

• Offer technical support and resolve issues related to data integration.

• Provide expert recommendations on technology solutions and tools that can improve the client's operations. Assist clients in making informed choices regarding the adoption and implementation of new technologies.

• Conduct data mapping, validation, and unit testing to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.

• Facilitate training sessions and deliver documentation to clients to ensure the successful implementation of data integration solutions.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data integration and Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.

• Regularly assess the performance of implemented solutions to find opportunities for improvement or optimization. Offer suggestions for updates, upgrades, or modifications as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• 5 to 10 years of consulting experience or in a related domain.

• Experience in Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of leading 8 to 10 different full-lifecycle Oracle Data Integration implementations.

• Expertise in leading functional and technical design sessions, with hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Experience in managing a team of consultants and effectively overseeing deliverables.

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.

• Required experience with Data Exchange for loading data and metadata.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Previous consulting experience in a similar capacity within a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience is required.

• Prior experience in IT companies.
