This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create and implement data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, which include Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (Planning), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCC), and Oracle Account Reconciliation (Reconciliation).
• Work closely with clients to grasp their business goals, challenges, and technological needs. Perform comprehensive assessments to pinpoint areas where technology can enhance efficiency and improvements.
• Execute and configure data integration processes utilizing tools such as Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Design and sustain ETL processes that extract, transform, and load data from diverse source systems into Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Offer technical support and resolve data integration issues.
• Provide expert guidance on technology solutions and tools that can improve the client’s operations. Assist clients in making informed choices regarding the adoption and implementation of new technologies.
• Conduct data mapping, validation, and unit testing to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
• Facilitate training sessions and produce documentation for clients to ensure the successful implementation of data integration solutions.
• Remain updated with industry developments and best practices in data integration and Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.
• Continuously assess the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for enhancement or optimization. Offer suggestions for updates, upgrades, or changes as necessary.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of consulting experience or in a similar field.
• Experience in Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading 8 to 10 different full-lifecycle Oracle Data Integration implementations.
• Experience in leading functional and technical design sessions, with practical experience in implementing Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Capability to lead a team of consultants and effectively manage deliverables.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Data Exchange for loading data and metadata is required.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred consulting experience in a similar capacity within a professional services firm or strategic industry experience is required.
• Previous experience in IT companies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
