Lead Consultant, Oracle Cloud Fusion EPM Consolidations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Successfully oversee implementations by collecting system and business requirements

• Design and create end-to-end Financial Consolidations and Close Cloud solutions

• Guide other technical team members in delivering EPM/BI solutions

• Provide best practice business process solutions to interRel clients

• Serve as both a functional and technical expert, working independently or as part of a team without supervision

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills

• Experience in leading 5-6 diverse, full lifecycle Oracle Consolidations (HFM or FCCS) projects

• Required expert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Financial Consolidations and Close tool

• Experience in leading functional and technical design sessions, along with hands-on experience implementing Oracle Financials Consolidations and Close Cloud (FCC) solutions

• Proven experience in managing a team of consultants and overseeing deliverables effectively

• Strong script writing skills in Calculation Manager are essential

• Required experience with Data Management and data/metadata loading

• Familiarity with Narrative Reporting is an advantage

• Experience with Accounts Reconciliation Cloud (ARC) and Tax Reporting Cloud (TRC) is a bonus

• The candidate should possess a willingness to learn and a strong desire to expand their knowledge base
