Lead Consultant, OneStream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide a crucial consultative role in our clients' ongoing initiatives to accelerate ROI and enhance the effectiveness of their business performance management systems, particularly OneStream.

• Collaborate with clients to create applications mainly for financial reporting purposes.

• Complete implementation tasks promptly and assist in verifying requirements and application design.

• Carry out both routine and non-routine tasks independently, with minimal guidance and oversight.

• Collaborate with client resources and frequently work alongside a team of consultants to deploy intricate web-based Business Performance Management solutions.

• Participate in discussions with Sales regarding the implementation of a use case at current or former clients (or employers).

• Delegate responsibilities to and mentor junior team members.

• Review and finalize documentation and application components created by other junior team members.

• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of application-related issues.

• Facilitate multitasking design sessions and produce comprehensive design documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in implementing CPM solutions, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in OneStream implementation.

• An active OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Core Platform Architect certification.

• Extensive proficiency in SQL, C#, VB.NET, or comparable programming experience.

• High level of expertise in MS Office and data modeling capabilities.

• Profound understanding of financial accounting and/or planning processes.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a background in consulting, banking, or research.

• Exceptional presentation abilities.

• Robust technical skills and background related to product implementation.

• Prior experience with databases such as Oracle, Essbase, etc.
