This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Showcase the essential and advanced features of a single solution on the platform through Proof of Concept.
• Engage in discussions with Sales regarding the implementation of a use case at current or previous customers (or employers).
• Assign tasks to and guide junior team members.
• Independently execute implementation tasks and project documentation.
• Review and finalize documentation and application components prepared by junior team members.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of application-related issues.
• Facilitate a comprehensive multi-solution design session and prepare a complete design document.
• Assist in defining roles and responsibilities for projects.
• Provide feedback on the performance of the team.
• Manage small projects in accordance with the PRIME methodology.
• Create and sustain project financials, project plans, and status reports.
• Mentor less experienced consultants during Lunch & Learns or Services Meetings.
• Suggest session ideas for Splash.
• Write Blog Posts for OneCommunity.
• Identify and replicate issues for tracking and resolution with product development.
• Conduct customer training sessions.
• Lead customer meetings and manage customer relationships.
• Present knowledge-sharing sessions during Lunch & Learn.
• Respond to inquiries from OneStream Employees via OneCommunity.
• Bachelor's degree in areas such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience with Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) systems.
• 3 years of experience with OneStream.
• 3 years of experience with SAP BFC / SAP BOFC (Cartesis).
• Experience in Statutory Consolidation.
• Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET, or similar programming languages.
• Previous experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.).
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• High level of proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skills.
• In-depth understanding of financial accounting processes.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills (consulting, banking, research).
• Exceptional presentation abilities.
• Strong technical background related to product implementation.
