Lead Consultant, Data Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide guidance to clients at the C-level, translating business goals into scalable data solutions.

• You design and assess contemporary data architectures for both analytical (such as business intelligence, forecasting, etc.) and operational (including automation, recommendation systems, etc.) applications, utilizing both generative and non-generative AI.

• You take complete ownership of projects — from making architectural decisions to implementation.

• In your role as a pre-sales consultant, you support our Data Product team and play an active role in shaping new projects and client relationships.

• You contribute significantly to the growth of our Data Product team and help enhance our solutions and offerings.

• You mentor team members and share your expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the data sector with in-depth knowledge of data architectures that facilitate and scale AI/ML applications.

• Proficient working knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Kafka, Iceberg, LangChain).

• Capable of gathering requirements through workshops and articulating complex technical subjects clearly.

• A structured, solution-oriented thinker with a strong sense of ownership.

• Fluent in German and possess strong English language skills.

• Additional experience in data science along with a passion for delivering presentations and creating content.
