• Leading discussions on technology, positioning solutions, and designing architecture from the initial engagement phase to implementation.

• Converting customer business needs into cohesive technical solutions while ensuring smooth integration into current environments.

• Collaborating with our internal Sales, PMO, and Engineering teams, along with key partners, to facilitate solution design and delivery.

• Serving as a representative of Cohesity Professional Services through impactful customer presentations and engagements at the executive level.

• Staying updated with industry trends and continuously enhancing expertise in emerging technologies.

• Over 8 years of practical experience with NetBackup and/or NetBackup Flex Appliances.

• Extensive knowledge in data protection, as well as backup and recovery architectures.

• Strong comprehension of cloud platforms and architectures for highly available applications.

• Solid understanding of major operating systems and their configurations.

• Proficient in enterprise applications and databases (such as Oracle, SAP, SQL Server).

• Familiar with scripting and automation tools like Ansible or Puppet.

• Demonstrated customer-facing engagement skills, with the capability to present and explain technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
