This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +5 more states.
β’ Develop and implement detailed project work plans, adjusting them as necessary to accommodate changing project needs and requirements.
β’ Supervise daily project operations, ensuring adherence to project scope, goals, and timelines.
β’ Accurately complete all project documentation and reports in a timely manner to support effective project communication and reporting.
β’ Ensure that the project complies with rigorous safety standards, meeting all safety requirements and fostering a culture of safety.
β’ Monitor project budgets and expenditures, taking proactive steps to keep projects within financial limits.
β’ Create precise project estimates as needed, taking into account all relevant factors to ensure budget accuracy and project viability.
β’ Manage recruitment efforts for project-required positions, including defining job criteria, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidates.
β’ Identify resource requirements and efficiently allocate tasks among team members to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
β’ Maintain strict quality control measures, ensuring that all work meets client expectations, company standards, and industry regulations.
β’ Ensure adherence to project plans and specifications, promptly addressing any deviations to uphold project integrity.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations to promote long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
β’ Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate project requirements, address issues, and sustain stakeholder engagement.
β’ Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate project risks, ensuring project success and reducing potential setbacks.
β’ Exhibit agility in responding to changing project needs, adjusting strategies to stay aligned with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in industrial or utility construction management.
β’ Strong understanding of construction methods and practices relevant to specific project types (e.g., piping, combined cycle, gas turbines, simple cycle, etc.).
β’ Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) is required prior to hiring or within 30 days of onboarding.
β’ NCCCO Rigger Level I certification is preferred; candidates without current certification may be considered if they are willing to obtain it within 90 days of hiring.
β’ Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
