This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct investigations pertaining to policy issues reported through various channels.
• Execute meticulous investigations, which include conducting interviews, assessing risks, reviewing documentation, and gathering evidence.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Labor & Employment, and HR to analyze findings and propose corrective measures.
• Draft clear, thorough, and evidence-supported investigation reports that outline allegations, findings, and conclusions.
• Deliver regular updates on case statuses and relay outcomes to key business stakeholders.
• Present summaries and briefings of investigations to senior leadership as required.
• Track assigned cases to guarantee prompt resolution and adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Work together with Compliance, Ombuds, and cross-functional teams to identify trends and assist in investigations across various regions.
• Report directly to the Compliance Investigations Leader within the GE Vernova Compliance function.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Significant experience in compliance, legal, investigations, audit, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Exemplary personal integrity with a proven ability to manage confidential matters discreetly and respectfully.
• Preferred expertise in Legal, Finance, Quality, or Sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to make independent decisions, handle competing priorities, and support stakeholders across multiple locations in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in influencing outcomes within global, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
