This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay solutions for a diverse range of clients.
• Engage in presales initiatives, which include demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
• Function as the primary consultant on implementation projects, ensuring prompt and high-quality delivery.
• Offer on-demand technical support to clients (no on-call responsibilities).
• Mentor and guide consultants in the Compensation and Variable Pay domain.
• Act as a senior expert in variable pay and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Total Rewards community.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Required practical experience with SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation in a Lead Consultant role.
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay in a Lead Consultant role.
• Extensive technical knowledge and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and consulting abilities, with fluent written and spoken English for both internal and external interactions.
• Demonstrated capability to identify requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Experience with implementing other SAP SuccessFactors modules is considered beneficial.
• Flexible work hours to collaborate with clients and colleagues across different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
• Ability to manage tasks independently to completion with minimal oversight.
• Capacity to work with clients, identify additional engagement opportunities, and exhibit a strong drive for excellence.
• Previous experience in team management and a desire to lead teams would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
