• Trend Synthesis & Strategic Benchmarking: Spearhead global compensation research and benchmarking initiatives, converting market changes into actionable insights and proactive recommendations that uphold Unity’s competitive advantage.
• Global Salary Infrastructure: Take ownership of the comprehensive design, execution, and review of global salary frameworks, employing advanced modeling to ensure ranges are financially viable and in line with our philosophy.
• Job Architecture Execution: Lead the global rollout of the Job Architecture redesign, overseeing the rapid mapping and calibration of roles while collaborating with People Tech for smooth system integration.
• Process Innovation & AI Leverage: Develop scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, actively incorporating AI solutions to boost team efficiency and improve the precision of complex analytics.
• Strategic Advisory & Recruiting Partnership: Act as a pivotal consultant to Recruiting and Leadership, offering expert advice and structural guidelines to address ambiguous pay scenarios and facilitate intricate offers.
• A demonstrated history of leading compensation infrastructure, salary frameworks, and market strategies at scale within the technology industry.
• Capability to engage in fast-paced, new-and-mid-stream projects and provide immediate impact with minimal acclimation time.
• Expertise in creating complex, automated models from the ground up in Google Sheets or similar applications.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in incorporating AI tools into the compensation process to enhance efficiency.
• Experience serving as the escalation point for intricate cases with limited data; offering guidance that is “right for the right reasons.”
