This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Synthesize trends and conduct strategic benchmarking by leading global compensation research and strategies, converting market changes into actionable insights and proactive recommendations to sustain Unity’s competitive advantage.
• Oversee the complete design, implementation, and auditing of global salary structures, employing advanced modeling techniques to ensure that ranges are financially sustainable and aligned with our core philosophy.
• Spearhead the global rollout of the Job Architecture redesign, managing the swift mapping and calibration of roles while collaborating with People Tech for smooth system integration.
• Innovate processes and leverage AI by developing scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, actively incorporating AI tools to boost team efficiency and improve the precision of complex analytics.
• Act as a strategic advisor and partner to Recruiting and Leadership, offering expert insights and structural guidelines to navigate ambiguous pay situations and facilitate intricate offers.
• Demonstrated success in leading compensation infrastructure, salary structures, and market strategies at scale in the technology industry.
• Capability to engage with fast-paced, new-and-mid-stream projects and deliver immediate value with minimal onboarding time.
• Expertise in creating complex, automated models from the ground up using Google Sheets or similar applications.
• Prior experience or strong interest in incorporating AI tools into compensation workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Background in serving as the escalation point for complex cases with limited data, providing guidance that is "right for the right reasons."
