This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• In the role of Lead Cloud Security Architect, you will take charge of designing, implementing, and upholding comprehensive security protocols to safeguard our cloud infrastructure and applications. You will lead a team of cloud security engineers, engage with cross-functional teams, and ensure that security is woven into every aspect of the development lifecycle. Your expertise will be vital in keeping us ahead of emerging threats and in continuously enhancing our security stance.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in securing and monitoring CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• At least 5 years of experience in the cloud sector within IT.
• Over 7 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.
• Proficiency in writing Lambda functions using Python or Go.
• Strong grasp and understanding of AWS and GCP Security Reference Architecture (SRA).
• A solid understanding of fundamental AWS cloud networking concepts.
• Experience utilizing AWS security and compliance services such as IAM, AWS WAF, and others.
• Experience in securing Kubernetes, containers, and microservices.
• Familiarity with using Terraform to deploy security-focused infrastructure and configure security services.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a capacity to manage and mentor a team.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities along with critical and strategic thinking skills.
• **Preferred Qualification**
• Experience with commercial cloud-native application protection platforms like Prisma Cloud.
• Working knowledge of GitLab.
• Desired Certifications: AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialty, equivalent GCP, OSCP, GWEB, and GCSA.
