This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend and document site-specific workflows, data flows, system connectivity, and implementation requirements for iRT.
• Convert customer needs into implementation inputs, workflow configuration necessities, and setup documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and furnish cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow and connectivity matters during customer onboarding and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convey recurring customer challenges and suggest practical solutions.
• Enhance the overall customer success model by refining how workflow and connectivity requirements are collected, documented, and delivered.
• Offer subject matter expertise related to iRT interoperability, workflow configurations, and IT interfaces.
• Create processes and tools to automate essential integration tasks and augment human expertise, facilitating predictable, repeatable, and scalable implementations.
• Assist with customer customization requests through hands-on coding and develop frameworks to implement customizations without causing significant design alterations.
• Ensure a solid framework exists to support the installation of updates and upgrades that are entitled based on the subscription offering and perpetual service contracts.
• Provide hands-on implementation coding leadership as required to assist service teams with installations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the accurate completion of workflow documentation, configuration inputs, and connection-related activities in accordance with relevant quality requirements.
• Aid in testing, issue resolution, validation support activities, and go-live readiness alongside the service team for configured workflows and established connections.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and take immediate corrective actions as necessary.
• Experienced Engineer with a background in STEM majors.
• Proven experience in supporting workflow implementation, customer onboarding, installation, or technical deployment activities.
• Familiarity with implementation lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, setup, testing, issue resolution, and deployment support.
• Proficient in JSON, XML, web services, SQL, and relational databases.
• Expertise in interconnectivity technologies, including application layer protocols such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO, HL7, REST APIs, and system-to-system connectivity.
• Understanding of interface setup, data mapping, and connection troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of software deployment, environment setup, and configuration management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in customer project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.
