• Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts or agency partnerships without additional sales assistance.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, reporting usage, success metrics, and business intricacies.
• Ensure precise and timely delivery of all client outputs, which include regular reporting, ad-hoc analyses, campaign summaries, and platform support.
• Handle contract renewals for assigned accounts, collaborating with commercial leadership to establish growth objectives and success metrics.
• Oversee all project management aspects of client work, encompassing timelines, deliverables, progress tracking, coordination, and follow-up.
• Analyze data outputs and identify key themes, insights, or anomalies for client review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 4–6+ years of experience in client services, account management, analytics, or a comparable data-driven position.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in reviewing and quality assessing data-driven deliverables.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a confident presence when interacting with clients.
• Highly organized with robust project management abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Comscore tools, data frameworks, or digital measurement methodologies is preferred.
