This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Accountable for enhancing brand experience within our wholesale channel: Develop and implement effective omni-channel account marketing strategies that align with the European brand/category/retail marketing approach and account business objectives.
• Propel the sell-through of UA products via Wholesale Account Partners across both online and offline platforms by executing Global/European and account-specific channel marketing initiatives.
• Lead the content co-creation process with pertinent account partners and agencies, ensuring alignment with UA's creative processes and strategic direction.
• Assist in the creation and seasonal updates of UA in-store environments and online brand stores, collaborating closely with creative teams, sales, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee the annual account marketing budgets, working collaboratively with the finance department.
• In partnership with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager and the account sales team, you will develop, manage, and execute seasonal go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for all channel marketing discussions and maintain daily marketing relationships with the respective accounts.
• Collaborate with the account sales team to define, manage, and implement seasonal and ongoing point-of-sale (POS) marketing initiatives through local marketing agencies.
• Work alongside the commercial team to support account presentations, seasonal brand activities, and account marketing assistance.
• Analyze and report on the impact of all account marketing activities to assess return on investment (ROI).
• Manage all external agency and vendor relationships related to the execution of account marketing strategies.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Over 6 years of experience in Account, Retail, or Brand Marketing, ideally within France and in a sports and/or lifestyle brand context.
• Proficient in navigating global matrix environments: skilled in influencing without direct authority and capable of forming cohesive teams from diverse specialist groups.
• Expertise in communication: proficient in both verbal and written French and English.
• Solid understanding of developments and trends in digital, retail, and brand marketing, with the ability to translate these insights into UA's strategic direction and execution.
• Extensive knowledge of French and EMEA retail landscapes: insights into digital and retail purchasing behaviors, the role of stores and online platforms, and awareness of the competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated capability in self-directed time and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, performance measurement, and informed decision-making.
• Must possess a self-motivated attitude, be proactive, and exhibit a strong sense of ownership.
