Lead, Business Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture of business solutions for intricate enterprise projects aimed at facilitating digital transformation and achieving strategic business goals.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, program teams, IT, engineering, and data organizations to establish priorities, formulate solution strategies, and achieve quantifiable business results.

• Convert business challenges into scalable, secure, and sustainable solution designs.

• Lead the gathering of requirements, conduct process analysis, design solution architecture, and assess alternative solutions.

• Direct the comprehensive solution delivery process, which includes implementation planning, testing, deployment, organizational change management, user adoption, and realizing business value.

• Ensure that solutions utilize reliable enterprise data while enhancing data quality, governance, standardized business processes, and alignment with enterprise architecture.

• Facilitate discussions among executives and cross-functional teams, providing recommendations, status updates, and decision support throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Track solution performance, adoption rates, and business outcomes while identifying risks, opportunities, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Mentor team members, share best practices, and contribute to the establishment of solution delivery standards and governance.

• Manage multiple initiatives autonomously and influence decisions across both business and technical organizations.

• Travel approximately 10–20%, which may increase during implementation activities, stakeholder workshops, on-site ramp-up, or enterprise deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience.

• Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• At least 9 years of experience in business solution architecture, business analysis, systems analysis, enterprise transformation, IT, data/analytics, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in leading complex solution delivery initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, functions, and technologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical or operational solutions effectively.

• Experience collaborating with business and technical organizations to foster alignment, prioritization, and execution.

• Strong background in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process mapping, solution planning, and implementation support or oversight.

• Familiarity with enterprise data and analytics environments, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and business intelligence platforms.

• Capability to tackle complex problems, operate efficiently in uncertain situations, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.

• Experience in designing and implementing operational business applications using Palantir Foundry is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other iterative development frameworks.

• Experience with enterprise analytics and data technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with enterprise business applications and delivery tools such as SAP, PeopleSoft, CostPoint, Hyperion, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

• Experience in integrating business processes, data, and technology across engineering, finance, operations, program management, or supply chain.

• Approximately 10–20% travel is required.
