Lead Business Intelligence Analyst – People Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Tasked with supporting the design and framework of our organization's analytics platforms.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards.

• Engaging in the modeling and integration of various data sets.

• Enhancing existing data structures for diverse use cases.

• Ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional internal teams to grasp organizational data requirements and use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience in data engineering.

• Graduate degree with 7 years of relevant experience in data engineering.

• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience in data engineering is required.

• At least 4 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Visier.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SQL.
