
Lead Business Development Representative, Japanese Speaking – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Conduct outreach across extensive, untapped territories; execute multi-channel engagement strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn, events); schedule discovery meetings with mid-sized to large enterprise organizations.
• Investigate target accounts and identify key decision-makers; develop targeted campaigns; craft, A/B test, and enhance messaging.
• Assess inbound leads and direct high-intent prospects to Account Executives/Account Managers; ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to execute territory strategies, assist with events, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Train, mentor, and directly supervise the BDRs serving other APAC regions.
• Capacity to seek out and recognize new key contacts within target accounts.
• Passionate leader eager to help develop and establish this new function at Unity.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, inquisitive, and driven to advance professionally.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to internal and external events.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English to effectively manage stakeholder relationships within our Japan markets.
