
Lead Business Analyst – Medical Education Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee business analysis and project management for initiatives within Arthrex’s Medical Education Technology platforms.
• Convert business requirements into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Establish scalable business processes, configure systems, and enhance data workflows.
• Collect and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce documentation that supports new platform features and updates.
• Balance business objectives with technical viability and sustainability in solution design.
• Develop and maintain process diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups.
• Conduct vendor assessments and integrate third-party tools.
• Manage key projects and essential activities for the Medical Education Technology Division.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and user acceptance testing standards.
• Document processes and models to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and assess post-launch user feedback to guide iterative enhancements.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst at Arthrex.
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis, Agile methodologies, and digital workflow documentation.
• Advanced skills in Asana, Planhat, and Intellum.
• Strong understanding of business systems, requirements gathering techniques, and system integration principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, written, and business communication skills.
• Ability to effectively serve as the primary contact for internal project teams and external clients.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects effectively.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Microsoft, and Lucidchart is preferred.
• Familiarity with building workflows and automations, solutions architecture, Agile methodologies, and QA & UAT is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams and subject matter experts is preferred.
• Prior experience in leading and managing projects is preferred.
• IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or similar are preferred.
• Technical certifications or professional development in Project Management, Product Management, Agile, or similar are preferred.
