This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a bridge between development teams and both internal and external customers/end users.
• Collect business requirements, perform needs assessments, and create functional specifications.
• Articulate requirements through specifications, statements of work, project plans, and various documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, quality assurance teams, and users for process testing and user acceptance.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data flows, system interaction documentation, user manuals, and training resources.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications for system upgrades and workflow modifications.
• Resolve user issues and escalate matters as necessary.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and the conclusion of organizational initiatives.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to synchronize and implement processes.
• Perform data and transactional analysis to discover trends, gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities impacting O2C performance.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and healthcare industry standards.
• Provide hands-on support for business systems, focusing on order processing and customer fulfillment.
• Assist with configuration updates and operational duties.
• Support system testing, validation, UAT, go-live monitoring, and system improvements.
• Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal developers on system integrations.
• Help train end users on new functionalities and system updates.
• 10–15+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in healthcare or a similar sector.
• 10 years of experience in OTC processes and applications within the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems/MIS, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile project management approaches.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business users.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient at analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and devising effective solutions.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team setting.
