Lead Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead business analysis throughout the entire project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, solution design assistance, testing, implementation, and handover.

• Collaborate closely with business users, senior stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, support teams, and project teams to ensure solution clarity.

• Oversee changes in requirements and mitigate risks associated with delivery.

• Guide team members and provide high-quality solutions in a dynamic client environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, which includes drafting business requirements and functional specifications.

• Proven experience in medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of requirements management, testing support, stakeholder communication, and solution delivery.

• Familiarity with the life insurance and annuity sector, including new business and underwriting processes.

• Practical experience with LifePRO or similar policy administration systems.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and technical documentation.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and supporting distributed or offshore teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to influence senior leaders.

• Experience in mentoring junior team members and promoting process improvement initiatives.
