Lead Basis Administrator, SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive technical administration and support for the SAP environment.

• Supervise the development and organization of databases and application components.

• Ensure SAP applications are architected for high availability and optimal performance.

• Set standards and guide architectural decisions within SAP environments.

• Stay updated on SAP technologies and industry-leading practices.

• Manage SAP system architecture, including configuration, upgrades, redesign, and licensing.

• Serve as a connector between IT Operations and Product Development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• SAP Lead Basis Administrator: over 10 years of pertinent work experience.

• SAP Administrator III: at least 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to comprehend client requirements and convert them into effective products and services.

• Proficient in breaking down and organizing complex tasks technically.

• Self-driven with proven success in remote or hybrid work settings.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (5%).
