Lead Back-End Engineer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define the back-end architecture, hosting strategy, and overall development plan for intricate web applications.

• Lead the implementation and migration of CMS systems, which includes content modeling and designing ETL processes.

• Design and uphold scalable REST and GraphQL services to enhance modern front-end experiences.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support infrastructure, environments, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting solutions.

• Take ownership of the server-side architecture, ensuring secure, high-performing, and scalable data delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive back-end engineering experience with technologies such as Node.js, Deno, or Bun, complemented by a strong foundation in TypeScript.

• Profound understanding of Sanity.io and experience with composable CMS platforms and content architecture.

• Strong grasp of full-stack application design, particularly the interaction between back-end systems and React/Next.js front-ends.

• Experience in testing, automation, performance optimization, and adhering to security best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
