Lead Back-End Developer, Kotlin

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the IT sector.

• More than 5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on Kotlin for server-side development.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, deploying, and managing asynchronous backend services, preferably for data-intensive integrations with other systems.

• Practical experience in designing distributed systems and microservices, with comfort in cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes).

• Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Testcontainers) and observability tools (e.g., Grafana) to ensure dependable performance.

• Proven hands-on experience in deploying and operating applications in production environments (e.g., cloud, containerized settings).

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
