Lead Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the architectural design for complex, strategic enterprise initiatives.

• Supervise the application of architectural references across various delivery teams.

• Conduct comprehensive technical audits to evaluate application quality and AI preparedness.

• Design multi-agent systems capable of autonomous collaboration to tackle complex business reasoning challenges.

• Guide the technical stakeholders of the customer on the long-term advantages of an agent-centric application portfolio.

• Enhance delivery operations by integrating AI, automation, and internal tools into standard expert-level tasks, formalizing these efficiency improvements into reusable delivery playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in IT.

• Over 8 years of expertise in solution architecture.

• Familiarity with Agentic Systems design and integrations.

• Proficiency in AI architecture patterns.

• Extensive knowledge of Agentic process design and GenAI integration.

• Capability to swiftly deliver complex, performance-optimized solutions.

• In-depth expertise in strategic prompt engineering to convert ambiguous business requirements into clear, governed AI systems.

• Certification as an Expert Developer.

• Certification as a Specialist in Agentic AI.
