Lead Analyst, Merch Payables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations pertaining to their tower (P2P).

• Collaborate with project teams and external partners to facilitate problem-solving initiatives.

• Responsible for assisting team activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting ongoing enhancements in processes and service delivery.

• Provide mentorship to team members.

• Aid individual contributors (Analysts and Sr. Analysts) in prioritizing and reviewing their tasks.

• Share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement with managers and leadership.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, necessitating strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships while managing competing priorities.

• Implement month-end and year-end procedures.

• Generate regular reports for leadership and assist with additional reports as required.

• Act as the primary escalation point for any issues or challenges related to specific projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, as well as other accounting software applications.

• Knowledge, skills, and competencies generally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field relevant to the role.

• Capacity to foresee work demands and interact professionally with clients.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.

• Experience in data analytics and data visualization.

• Familiarity with innovative technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in managing teams or projects.
