Lead Analyst, Customer Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct data analysis and develop guided deliverables to support assessment and strategic initiatives.

• Create project plans, oversee daily operations, and ensure project deadlines are met.

• Collaborate effectively with various teams to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Drive innovation, enhance processes, and standardize practices while delivering high-quality analytical solutions on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel is essential (VBA is not required).

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with Snowflake SQL, Python, and Pyspark is required.

• Excellent presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint, are necessary.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• Knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, multivariate statistics, logistic regression, and multiple regression is required.

• At least 1-2 years of experience and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.

• Familiarity with Databricks is preferred.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, specifically in evaluating Marketing Campaign performance.

• Ability to uncover hidden insights or complex patterns through advanced multivariate data mining techniques is necessary.

• Capability to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for clients.

• Proficiency in building XG Boost or Machine Learning models to segment customer populations.

• Ability to explain advanced analytical methodologies and present findings to non-technical audiences.

• Competence in executing advanced analytic tasks and generating meaningful analytical outputs.

• Skill in determining quantitative methods to address client challenges.
