Lead Analyst, Commercial Analytics – Decision Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will analyze portfolio, market, and P&L drivers.

• You will create ad-hoc analyses for trading and origination.

• You will develop forecasts for price, load, and generation.

• You will build risk and scenario models as well as optimization models.

• You will translate commercial questions into data and model requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Python: Excellent skills – this is the core competency for this role.

• SQL: Good knowledge for data access and validation.

• Modeling expertise: Experience with time series, forecasting, and quantitative models.

• Market understanding: You are familiar with electricity and gas markets (spot & futures).

• Mindset: You think analytically and commercially regarding P&L and decision impact.
