Lead AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI Agent Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Generative AI, reasoning patterns of LLM, and frameworks for autonomous agents.

• Convert intricate business requirements from client stakeholders into comprehensive technical blueprints.

• Direct the architectural design, consultancy, and implementation of impactful AI agent ecosystems for enterprise clients.

• Take ownership of the technical vision for the core Go harness pattern.

• Lead the creation of detailed design specifications for agents, setting up structural tool definitions and systemic prompt engineering.

• Design and execute a continuous shadow-mode evaluation harness to assess agent performance against live production data.

• Supervise or directly construct the initial shadow-mode Proof of Concept (PoC) for the first designated agent to expedite project initiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 to 12 years of demonstrated experience in a professional services or IT consulting environment.

• Proven history of leading technical delivery teams and managing senior client stakeholders, such as CTOs and VPs of Architecture.

• Extensive, hands-on experience in deploying production-quality, multi-agent frameworks, LLM-based reasoning loops (Gemini), and autonomous workflows.

• Expert-level knowledge of the Vertex AI suite (Agent Engine, Agent Development Kit, Tuning, Vector Search) and robust enterprise GCP security architectures (VPC Service Controls, IAM, Pub/Sub).

• Advanced backend skills in Go (Golang) with a solid foundation in highly concurrent, distributed, and event-driven systems.

• Strong understanding of the operations within highly regulated sectors, including healthcare, finance, and public services.
