Lead AI/ML Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Drive the design and practical execution of comprehensive ML systems.

• Take ownership of technical determinations throughout the entire stack.

• Establish engineering benchmarks for ML initiatives.

• Mentor and elevate the skills of fellow engineers within the team.

• Collaborate with the sales leadership team during pre-sales engagements.

• Spearhead architectural and solution discussions with potential clients and customers.

• Offer dedicated technical assistance for opportunities within the partner sales pipeline.

• Engage in thought leadership and contribute to demand generation efforts.

• Solid foundation in the complete ML lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience in designing and constructing data pipelines for production.

• Practical knowledge of model training processes.

• Capability to choose suitable model families.

• Experience with MLOps foundational elements in a production setting.

• Proven track record of building and managing ML systems on leading cloud platforms.

• Hands-on experience with techniques for model explainability.

• Awareness of responsible AI methodologies.

• Practical experience in designing and deploying agentic AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of contemporary data platforms.

• Comfortable working in a consulting environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
