Lead AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives that encompass various teams and business sectors.

• Establish a strategy for the next 6-12 months and develop product operating models along with governance frameworks.

• Discover and validate new revenue streams, from initial concepts to upsell and retention strategies.

• Foster a culture of rigorous experimentation, incorporating A/B testing, multivariate testing, and rapid prototyping.

• Create reusable AI playbooks, workflows, and resources that enhance the team's productivity.

• Design product metrics and dashboards utilized by the organization for data-informed decision-making.

• Oversee programs that influence core business metrics and take responsibility for commercial results.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to assess strategy feasibility.

• Manage the product community of practice, promoting a customer-first and experiment-first culture.

• Deliver strategic recommendations and guide decision-making processes with the Leadership Team.

• Extensive experience in leading product strategy across various teams or domains.

• In-depth, hands-on expertise in designing rigorous experiments and developing rapid prototypes.

• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing strategies, and revenue modeling.

• Experience in creating AI-enabled workflows, playbooks, or toolchains that significantly enhance team efficiency.

• Skilled in collecting and utilizing financial, behavioral, and usage data for strategic decision-making.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineers on system architecture, APIs, ML pipelines, and service design.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence the Leadership Team.

• Proven history of mentoring and developing Product Managers.
