Lead AI Generative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the quality of AI-generated visual content by producing realistic, appealing, and consistent images of models and personas.

• Continuously enhance realism, visual appeal, approval rates, and overall business performance.

• Construct and fine-tune scalable generative AI pipelines utilizing Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed, and emerging AI platforms.

• Automate large-scale content production through batch generation and processing workflows using ComfyUI, n8n, APIs, scripts, and vibecoding.

• Minimize manual tasks while boosting production volume.

• Establish the technical roadmap for AI image generation.

• Coordinate various content streams and set best practices.

• Assist in transitioning from one-off generation to a dependable production system.

• Investigate and experiment with new AI models, tools, and methodologies.

• Assess business value and implement solutions that enhance speed, quality, scalability, or cost efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in generative AI image production, preferably with a focus on realistic individuals, models, avatars, AI personas, or high-volume visual content.

• Strong technical proficiency with ComfyUI, Flux, or similar platforms.

• Practical experience in building workflows, batch generation, APIs, n8n, automation tools, or basic scripting.

• Excellent visual judgment and keen attention to detail.

• Profound understanding of realism, composition, anatomy, lighting, consistency, artifacts, and overall image quality.

• Senior-level accountability.

• Capability to develop processes and think systematically.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Proficient in clear communication, challenging concepts, and making pragmatic decisions in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
