This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the technical vision for AI-driven GTM systems encompassing low-code automation and customized agentic AI implementations.
• Develop and disseminate reference architectures, design patterns, and decision-making frameworks for GTM engineering.
• Lead the architectural design of complex GTM systems, including integrations, agentic workflows, event processing, and data orchestration.
• Assess, choose, and promote the use of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Act as the technical expert on LLM orchestration, prompt safety, RAG, model context management, tool invocation, multi-agent coordination, and responsible AI practices.
• Manage the integration architecture strategy, which encompasses APIs, event contracts, and data models.
• Establish governance, extensibility patterns, and operational standards for low-code automation.
• Collaborate with VP-level GTM stakeholders to develop architectural roadmaps that include trade-offs, timelines, and success criteria.
• Conduct architecture reviews and promote enhancements in system design quality.
• Create white papers, architecture decision records, and engineering documentation.
• Work closely with GTM engineering leadership, Sales Ops, BizTech, and executive stakeholders.
• Design, prototype, and implement organization-wide patterns for GTM engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 10 years of software engineering experience in building and delivering production-grade backend systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Proven experience in personally developing and deploying AI agents utilized by real end users.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience in designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking methods, and embedding pipelines.
• Strong foundation in backend engineering with Python and/or Node.js, FastAPI or similar technologies, and asynchronous/event-driven architecture patterns.
• Experience with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda/serverless, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, or equivalent cloud-native infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of LLM evaluation and observability tools, familiarity with sales/deal desk/finance workflows, experience with FastMCP, LiteLLM or MCP, exposure to Salesforce data sources, a background in AI for GTM or RevOps, mentoring or hiring experience, prompt engineering, model tuning, LLM provider knowledge, and full-stack development experience.
