This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and take ownership of the technical vision for AI-driven GTM systems, focusing on low-code automation and custom agentic AI solutions.
• Develop and disseminate reference architectures, design patterns, and decision-making frameworks for GTM engineering.
• Oversee the architectural design of sophisticated GTM systems, ensuring effective multi-system integrations, agentic workflows, real-time event processing, and cross-platform data orchestration.
• Spearhead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Act as the technical expert on LLM orchestration, prompt safety, RAG, model context management, tool invocation, multi-agent coordination, and responsible AI practices.
• Manage the integration architecture strategy, which encompasses patterns, APIs, event contracts, and data models.
• Establish governance, extensibility patterns, and operational standards for low-code automation solutions.
• Collaborate with VP-level GTM stakeholders to convert business objectives into architectural roadmaps.
• Conduct architecture assessments, offer constructive feedback, identify systemic risks, and enhance the quality of system design.
• Generate internal thought leadership materials, including white papers, ADRs, and engineering wikis.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 10 years of software engineering experience in developing and delivering production-grade backend systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents utilized by real end users.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience in designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking, and embedding pipelines.
• Strong foundational knowledge in backend engineering with Python and/or Node.js, FastAPI or similar, and async/event-driven architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in AWS services like Bedrock, Lambda/serverless, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, or equivalent cloud-native infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Ideal/preferred qualifications: experience with LLM evaluations and observability tools, sales/deal desk/finance workflows, FastMCP, LiteLLM/MCP, Salesforce data sources, background in AI GTM or RevOps, mentoring/hiring experience, prompt engineering, multi-provider LLM behavior, and full-stack development skills.
