Lead AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and provide support for AI applications, automation solutions, and digital agents.

• Deliver generative AI and agentic solutions utilizing established frameworks and cloud technologies.

• Implement software engineering best practices to create scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions.

• Support the complete AI solution lifecycle from design to production support.

• Enhance, operate, and continuously improve enterprise AI platforms and services.

• Refine AI products, engineering processes, and technical standards.

• Aid in platform reliability, monitoring, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Lead small projects or technical workstreams, ensuring successful delivery.

• Mentor junior engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with business, architecture, security, and platform teams.

• Convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Work outside regular business hours as necessary to support global business operations.

• Occasionally travel for meetings, collaborative activities, and business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.

• Eight years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related fields.

• Two years of experience in end-to-end AI solution design, development, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.

• Experience in designing and developing agentic workflows.

• Experience in delivering AI solutions within cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock and AWS SageMaker.

• Knowledge of OpenAI technologies, AWS Bedrock Agents, and LangChain.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker containerization technologies.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship or employer-of-record arrangements.
