Full Stack Software Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement web applications and APIs in alignment with product requirements.

• Collaborate with domain specialists, AI/ML scientists, and engineers to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

• Lead architectural decisions for new products and services.

• Produce high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Integrate applications with external APIs and data services.

• Debug, test, and enhance applications for optimal performance.

• Stay updated on trends in software engineering and AI application development.

• Work alongside cybersecurity teams to safeguard sensitive information.

• Execute other assigned duties as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

• Over five years of experience in software and application development.

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and either React or Angular.

• Strong command of Python, Java, or similar programming languages.

• Demonstrated experience with APIs and RESTful web services.

• Familiarity with Epic EHR and FHIR/HL7, as well as SMART on FHIR APIs.

• Proficient in DevOps tools and methodologies, including Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, job orchestration, and cloud monitoring tools.

• Practical experience with Azure and GCP.

• Understanding of security best practices and secure coding standards.

• Experience with Epic modules and data repositories: Chronicles, Clarity, Caboodle.

• Knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake.

• Familiarity with AI agent development technologies such as LangGraph, Swarm, and MCP.

• Understanding of AI and ML concepts and techniques.

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for prolonged periods.

• Willingness to travel across the hospital system.

• Capability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

• Strong communication skills to convey accurate information effectively.

• Adherence to required personal protective equipment protocols.

• Compliance with the annual influenza vaccination program or an approved exemption.

• Offers are contingent upon successful controlled-substance testing.
