Lead AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design, execution, and continuous operation of agentic systems.

• Develop and deploy agents while guiding a small engineering team.

• Establish the technical direction regarding architecture and technology stack.

• Address intricate business challenges through automation and artificial intelligence.

• Expand the initiative into a coordinated and well-structured program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, focusing on the delivery and maintenance of production systems.

• At least 1 year of practical experience in constructing and deploying LLM-powered or agentic systems currently operating in production.

• Proficiency in assessing and comparing various third-party LLM providers/models for specific use cases.

• Experience in shaping and transforming data for optimal consumption by models.

• Strong expertise in AWS.

• Background in a regulated industry such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or similar fields.

• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or guiding other engineers.
