Lead AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Architect & Build: Design and execute comprehensive GenAI applications utilizing Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex on Google Cloud.

• Engineer for Precision: Create sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and Semantic Search systems leveraging Google Cloud Vector Search or Pinecone.

• Optimize Models: Spearhead initiatives in fine-tuning LLM and Embedding models to enhance domain-specific performance.

• Agentic Ops: Develop and oversee agentic workflows that automate intricate multi-step reasoning tasks.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Engage directly with clients to grasp their needs, propose innovative features, and deploy cutting-edge AI techniques.

• Productionize: Implement MLOps best practices to guarantee that models are served effectively, monitored, and continually improved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in AI/ML.

• Demonstrated success in deploying GenAI products in a production setting.

• Familiarity with Classic Machine Learning (neural networks, training, tuning) is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in Data Engineering and SQL.
