This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Manage the customer relationship comprehensively β acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for executive, program, and technical stakeholders within your account portfolio.
β’ Oversee technical project delivery with precision β create and manage detailed project plans, monitor milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and hold both internal teams and customer partners accountable to agreed commitments.
β’ Convert customer mission needs into DataRobot solutions β conduct discovery sessions, pinpoint use cases that offer the highest ROI, and design engagements that yield measurable results.
β’ Foster account growth and retention β identify opportunities for expansion, assist in renewal discussions, and collaborate with Sales to build a persuasive business case for ongoing and increased investment in DataRobot.
β’ Ensure compliance with security requirements, including ATO processes and IL5, IL6, and TS authorization timelines.
β’ Navigate federal procurement processes, including agency-specific acquisition vehicles (e.g., JWCC, Tradewinds, GSA Schedule, OTA).
β’ Provide consultative architecture guidance β work with federal IT and data teams on integration patterns, platform deployment strategies, and data pipeline design, while knowing when to involve deeper technical specialists.
β’ Act as the customer's voice within the organization β synthesizing field insights and customer feedback to guide Product, Engineering, and Sales priorities for the Federal market.
β’ Assist in pre-sales activities β engaging in customer discovery, defining professional services engagements, contributing to proposals, and presenting at executive briefings.
β’ Mentor and manage partner delivery resources β supervising subcontractors and systems integration partners involved in customer programs, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in professional services, management consulting, or technical advisory roles within federal or defense sectors.
β’ Proven history of leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from initial discovery to final delivery.
β’ Experience as the main relationship owner for government program offices at the GS-15 / SES / O-6 level and above.
β’ Ability to translate vague agency requirements into well-defined, scoped engagements with clear deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Comfortable leading brainstorming sessions, facilitating working groups, and crafting professional SOWs and technical proposals.
β’ PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ICAgile, or comparable experience in managing technology delivery programs within federal environments.
β’ Experience in overseeing multiple delivery tracks involving internal DataRobot teams, government IT personnel, systems integrators, and subcontractors.
β’ Familiarity with contract vehicles such as JWCC, GSA Schedule, and OTA is advantageous.
β’ Must be proficient in English.
