This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take the lead in engineering for Agentic AI implementation across Supply Planning and Manufacturing, responsible for the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI agent solutions.
• Design and construct multi-agent AI systems utilizing Azure AI Agent Service, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and/or LangChain/LangGraph, including orchestrator-executor patterns, tool invocation, memory management, and agent coordination.
• Execute the MCP to present enterprise data as structured context for AI agents functioning within supply chain and manufacturing workflows.
• Create and launch generative AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry, including RAG-based knowledge agents, decision support tools for forecasting and capacity planning, and document intelligence for maintenance work orders and recipes.
• Develop and implement AI copilots and topic-centric agents through Microsoft Copilot Studio, allowing Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams to access insights and take actions directly within Teams and Outlook.
• Serve as the AI delivery owner for agentic use cases by defining business problems with stakeholders, outlining agent capabilities and tool surfaces, prioritizing the roadmap, and promoting adoption.
• Utilize emerging agentic AI methodologies, including ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, reflection, and human-in-the-loop strategies for supply chain and operational applications.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership, Demand Planning, Process Engineering, Maintenance Operations, and Plant teams to identify, define, and implement AI use cases that impact operational decisions.
• Establish and uphold AI agent governance, including prompt versioning, tool auditing, evaluation frameworks, observability, and safety protocols for production deployments.
• Develop on Azure Databricks using PySpark and SQL against gold/platinum Delta tables, creating notebooks for transformation and feature work, as well as orchestrating through Workflows.
• Construct and sustain Power BI reports and semantic models that provide grounding data for AI agents and executive dashboards across Supply Planning and Manufacturing.
• Manage the cadence for Supply Chain AI metrics alignment, ensuring priorities, statuses, and obstacles are visible to Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership.
• Guide analysts and engineers in agentic AI design patterns, MCP, and best practices for AI delivery.
• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant analytics/AI experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related fields with 8+ years of relevant analytics/AI experience.
• Practical experience with the MCP, including building or utilizing MCP servers/clients; capability to expose enterprise data sources (databases, APIs, SharePoint, ERP) as MCP tools for AI agents.
• Experience in designing multi-agent systems, including the design and implementation of multi-agent architectures; orchestrator-executor patterns, tool invocation, memory management, and agent coordination using AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph, or Azure AI Agent Service.
• Proficient Python engineering skills for constructing production-grade AI agents and pipelines, including REST API integration, prompt versioning, evaluation frameworks, and observability for LLM-based systems.
• Required: hands-on experience with two or more of the following:
• Azure AI Foundry (RAG pipelines, prompt flows, agent service)
• Microsoft Copilot Studio (agents, topics, actions, Power Automate integration)
• Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility (plugins, connectors, Graph APIs)
• Microsoft Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, performance tuning)
• Strong expertise in Databricks (Python, SQL, Delta Lake, PySpark, notebooks).
