Lead Affiliate Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and business opportunities.

• Propel the growth of the affiliate partnerships strategy.

• Oversee the complete partner lifecycle.

• Conduct market analysis, assess competitors, evaluate offers, and review campaign performance.

• Collaborate with affiliate tracking and performance data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.

• Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, networks, or affiliate partners will be highly beneficial.

• An established network of relevant affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, or traffic partners.

• Proven success in attracting, launching, and scaling new partners or clients.

• Solid understanding of affiliate and performance marketing models.

• Strong analytical capabilities and technical skills in affiliate marketing.

• Proficiency in working with Google Sheets and analyzing key performance metrics.
