This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish a recurring red-team schedule: identifying targets, recruiting operators, defining success metrics, and executing multi-week campaigns.
• Develop scenario libraries and attack taxonomies; ensuring comprehensive coverage and tracking exploit families across different versions and contexts.
• Generate executive summaries and issue trackers that convey severity, exploitability, and user impact, along with clear reproduction steps and artifacts.
• Collaborate with research, product, and operations teams to validate fixes and conduct targeted regressions; maintaining dashboards for trend analysis and residual risks.
• Red-Team Program Leadership – Proven experience in planning and executing adversarial campaigns (jailbreaks, prompt injections, tool abuse), including playbooks, operational cadence, and after-action reviews.
• Methodical Experimentation – Proficiency in designing scenarios, controls, and metrics; comfortable with triaging findings and prioritizing subsequent actions based on evidence.
• Stakeholder Command – Capability to brief partners, align on goals, and translate outcomes into actionable remediation plans with defined owners and timelines.
