This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Lead Account Manager and play a key role in driving growth through consultative sales of our clinical research and laboratory services.
• You will work closely with decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotech companies to establish PPD as their preferred provider while contributing to global health initiatives.
• By building professional relationships and managing accounts strategically, you will facilitate the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients around the globe.

• A Master's Degree is preferred along with sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, showcasing a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Preferred fields of study include life sciences, business, or a related area.
• Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 50-75% of the time are necessary.
• Strong scientific and technical understanding of drug development, clinical trials, and laboratory services is essential.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Excellence in consultative selling, proposal development, and contract negotiations is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are necessary for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
