Lead Account Manager, Client Services – Last Mile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with site leadership to support all home delivery operations.

• Oversee the successful execution of home deliveries managed by contract carriers.

• Monitor and evaluate on-time delivery performance and customer feedback (VOC) reports.

• Foster positive relationships with contract carriers and their helpers.

• Utilize route planning software to create efficient delivery routes.

• Dispatch contract carriers and address any issues that arise throughout the day.

• Assist the Operations Manager in identifying challenges related to inventory, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Reorganize routes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage and set expectations for contract carriers involved in home delivery.

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.

• Mentor and develop dispatch and warehouse staff.

• Travel to various sites and/or stores to ensure client satisfaction and to resolve routing, delivery, and inventory challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 years of experience in logistics, including 1 year in inventory control and merchandise reconciliation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field or military service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other business software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience in a related field or military service.

• 4-7 years of logistics experience.

• 2 years of experience in inventory control and merchandise reconciliation.

• Strong research, communication, and time management abilities.

• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and/or stores is mandatory.

• May need to pass a pre-employment drug screening following a conditional job offer.
