Client Services Associate – Crypto, OTC Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist with the daily operations of the over-the-counter cryptocurrency trading desk.

• Support clients in executing cryptocurrency trades via bank wire and ACH transfer.

• Establish connections with potential clients and facilitate their onboarding process.

• Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails from both prospective and current clients.

• Proactively reach out to clients to provide assistance and promote services.

• Adhere to company compliance policies and standard operating procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and effectively.

• Collaborate with the compliance team to detect and report suspicious activities using internal reporting tickets.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

• Provide education to clients about the platform, wallet functionalities, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrency offerings.

• Assist clients in navigating crypto trade executions through bank wire and ACH transfers.

• Monitor quarterly performance metrics, such as call quality, approved registration ratio, approved trading ratio, and average trades per client.

• Complete a brief two-minute video question as part of the application screening process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations is essential.

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adhere to procedures meticulously in a regulated environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledge of risk controls, policies, and procedures.

• Ability to think creatively and analytically.

• Capability to work with all levels of management.

• High level of computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

• Familiarity and proficiency in using AI tools to enhance client research and daily productivity is a significant advantage.

• Experience in OTC trading, brokerage services, or financial product sales is a plus.

• Knowledge of suspicious activity reporting, AML compliance, or regulatory monitoring within a financial services context is a bonus.

• A genuine enthusiasm for fintech, digital assets, and the future of financial technology is a plus.

• Candidates must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
