📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of buyers in the role of Account Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets client needs and addresses their business challenges.

• Lead by example with your team of account managers to guarantee that Ashbury's services are delivered effectively, taking charge of daily decision-making.

• Comprehend the client’s strategy and identify potential new business opportunities for Ashbury.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency and boost the profitability of the service provided.

• Quote, negotiate, and manage the delivery of small new projects as agreed upon with the client.

• Foster confidence and trust within the client base to enhance client advocacy.

• Actively seek to strengthen client relationships whenever possible through networking and relationship-building.

• Cultivate a partnership mentality with clients, always looking to align their business needs with Ashbury’s offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience with Waitrose clients.

• At least 2 years of account management experience.

• Proven skills in managing customers and internal stakeholders, preferably with major retailers.

• Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a client-facing role.

• Commercial experience in negotiation.

• Experience in leading a team and managing personnel.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Degree-level educational qualifications.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

• A positive 'can do' attitude and a strong desire to learn.

• Ability to understand and develop processes.

• Proactive, motivated, and driven individual.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, especially under deadline pressure.
