This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Implement strategies for the territory to secure enterprise business, broaden Freshworks’ presence in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, and surpass sales targets.
• Oversee the entire sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and closure—ensuring reliable outcomes and strong performance in key accounts.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior executives, identify intricate business challenges, and position Freshworks as a strategic partner that delivers ROI and drives growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product) to provide exceptional customer experiences and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create and uphold a robust, data-driven pipeline with precise forecasting.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations, representing Freshworks in customer interactions and industry events across the regions of Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Play a crucial role in establishing Freshworks’ local presence—formulating go-to-market strategies, nurturing key partnerships, and contributing to the foundation of our long-term success in the HK and TW regions.
• More than 7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments, with a proven history of exceeding revenue targets.
• Proficient in managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
• Strong skills in prospecting and pipeline management, supported by structured forecasting and disciplined execution.
• Expertise in solution selling of software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/Customer engagement solutions) that enhance operational efficiency and business impact.
• Customer-centric mindset with the capacity to build cross-functional partnerships and deliver results within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential for effective collaboration with regional and global teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with local stakeholders.
