This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and oversee the company's comprehensive engagement and learning calendar, which includes townhalls, festive events, team-building activities, onboarding sessions, and internal initiatives.
• Design and implement engagement programs from start to finish, ensuring high participation rates, seamless execution, and a positive experience for employees.
• Organize learning initiatives across various topics including technical skills, soft skills, and leadership, collaborating with both internal partners and external trainers.
• Manage training logistics such as scheduling, tracking attendance, monitoring completion rates, and conducting basic ROI or effectiveness assessments.
• Facilitate onboarding culture sessions to acclimate new hires to BJAK’s core values, expectations, and operational practices.
• Collaborate with People Ops and leadership to integrate culture, feedback mechanisms, and recognition into everyday operations.
• Monitor engagement and learning metrics, collect feedback, and consistently enhance the quality and effectiveness of programs.
• Background in learning and development, employee engagement, organizational culture, or HR program roles.
• Exceptional execution and coordination abilities—capable of managing multiple programs without overlooking any details.
• Proficiency in working with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems (LMS/HRIS).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, particularly in group settings.
• A practical approach—focused on effective solutions rather than theoretical concepts.
• High level of ownership, enthusiasm, and readiness to accomplish tasks in a dynamic environment.
